Classic Dodge Charger Buyer California

Classic Dodge Charger Buyer in California

Sell Your Vintage Dodge Charger to a Licensed Buyer

Thinking about selling your Dodge Charger? I’d like to hear about it. I’m Bill Neff, a licensed California dealer and lifelong Dodge enthusiast. For decades, I’ve been searching for well-preserved Chargers, especially from the golden years of 1966 to 1974. If your car fits that era and has been taken care of, there’s a good chance I’m interested. I make direct offers, come to you, and keep the process straightforward from start to finish.
You won’t be dealing with a broker, listing platform, or a middleman. Just me, a classic car enthusiast and licensed dealer with decades of hands-on experience. If you have a well-preserved vintage Dodge and want to sell it quickly, fairly, and without unnecessary steps, I’d love to hear its story.

Why Sell Your Dodge Charger to Old Town Classics?

Selling a classic Dodge Charger should be simple, respectful, and profitable. That’s exactly what I offer. Here are a few reasons why California owners choose to sell their vehicles to me:

    1. Direct Buyer – No Fees, No Middlemen

You’re selling directly to a licensed dealer. That means no consignment fees, no online listings, no wasted time. More money in your pocket.

    2. Fair Market Offers

I evaluate each Charger based on real-time market trends, originality, model year, and condition. No generic pricing or lowballing, just straightforward offers rooted in experience.

    3. I Come to You

From San Diego to Sacramento, I travel across California to inspect cars in person. You won’t have to transport your Charger or arrange any logistics. If we make a deal, I’ll take care of the pickup.

    4. Licensed and Bonded Since 1987

Selling to a certified dealer like myself protects you from paperwork problems or risky transactions. I handle the title transfer, release of liability and payment all in one visit.

    5. No Pressure, Just a Conversation

I respect the connection many owners have with their classic cars. If you’re still on the fence, we can simply talk. There’s no obligation to sell.

    Preferred Dodge Charger Conditions

If you are considering selling your Dodge, feel free to get in touch with me. I am always looking to purchase models listed below, whether they are in excellent condition or need a little touch up.

I’m mainly looking for well-preserved Chargers that have been stored indoors, maintained regularly and retain their factory features. Here’s a general idea of the types of cars I’m most interested in:

    • Original or factory-survivor models
    • Garage-kept Chargers with minimal rust
    • First and second-generation (1966–1974) preferred
    • Low-mileage examples
    • Chargers that start and run (even if not perfect)
    • Rare trim levels (R/T, SE, 440 Magnum, HEMI cars)
    • Inherited or family-owned cars with known history
    • Clean undercarriage and solid frame preferred

If your Charger is outside of these conditions, don’t hesitate to contact me. I still consider Chargers that need light work or haven’t been driven in years.

    Let’s Talk About Your Charger

Have a 1968 R/T tucked in the garage? Or a 1973 SE with original paint? I’m interested. I buy throughout California, including:

    • San Diego
    • Orange County
    • Los Angeles & Inland Empire
    • Palm Springs & Coachella Valley
    • Ventura, Santa Barbara, & Central Coast
    • Fresno, Bakersfield & Central Valley
    • Bay Area & Sacramento
    • San Francisco
    • Riverside County

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. My Charger has aftermarket parts, does that reduce the value?

Not necessarily. Some tasteful upgrades, especially era-correct ones, can actually increase interest. I evaluate each car individually, and originality is just one of many factors.

    2. What if my Dodge Charger is part of an estate?

I’ve helped many families sell classic cars during estate transitions. As long as proper documentation is available, I can walk you through the process and handle the paperwork.

    3. Do you buy Chargers with salvage titles?

It depends on the car’s history and current condition. If it was restored correctly or retains most of its original components, I might still be interested. Let’s talk about the details.

    4. Will I need to bring the car to a mechanic before selling?

No. I do all inspections myself. You won’t need to prep the car for show. I value honesty and transparency over shine.

    5. Can I send photos or a video first?

Yes. In fact, it helps speed up the process. A few clear shots of the exterior, interior, engine bay and VIN plate go a long way in setting expectations.

    6. Do you make offers over the phone or only in person?

I can often give a ballpark estimate by phone or email after reviewing some photos. The final offer is made in person after a full inspection.

    7. What happens if we don’t agree on a price?

That’s perfectly fine. There’s no obligation to sell. I appreciate every opportunity to learn about a car, even if we don’t close the deal.
